A very nice, clean, 84 Jeep Cj7. I got this jeep on trade already restored, so all i know about it is what the previous owner told me and what i have observed. The jeep has a great running 4.2 liter straight 6. There is oil on the engine from a leaky valve cover, which is common on these motors with the plastic cover. however the cover has been replaced with a new aluminum valve cover and gasket, oil plug, and breather to stop the leaking. The jeep also came with another 4.2 that he had in storage for the future if ever he needed one. It is a bit newer one that is from a guy who was doing a v8 swap. It goes with the jeep if the winning bidder wants it. The transmission is an automatic and shifs great. 4WD has lockout hubs and works good. Tires are 33 inch with about 80% tread left. Three inch body lift. The tub, fenders, hood, and windshield frame have been replaced with fiberglass. New led tail lights, and KC Back-Up Lights. The grill is new steel, and it has a new steel dash. There is some splitting in the foam part of the dash. All three seats are new bestop seats. The floor is rhino lined, new VDP Deluxe Console, and sony cd player. There is a space in the dash yet to install a clock or a tach. The jeep comes with hard top and hard doors and a bikini top. The top has tinted rear windows. All glass is good, no cracks. All lights work. The previous owner install a homemade sunroof in the jeep as you can see in the pics. It does not leak, its just a little cheesy. The windshield cowl does leak however. It looks like the old one was reused when the jeep was reassembled. The frame is very solid and has a super hard rustproof coating on it. the exhaust looks fairly new. This was a daily driver, but the owner is retiring soon and need a pickup for pulling a trailer. Its ready to go and shoud give someone endless years of enjoyment.
