Well here is your chance to own one at a fraction of the cost. I would love to say that this stunning Diablo VT Roadster led a charmed life but I cannot. Back in 2003 it was involved in a sizeable accident which deemed it total. As any of you that are looking at this auction know, Lamborghini parts are expensive. The damage was not terrible but the sum of the parts was excessive. The repairs included a new front cover, $13,000, new hood $2410, new radiator support $3888, new radiator $4546, new wheels at $1900 each and so on....The parts bill alone on this vehicle was $150,572.00..With a parts bill that high you can see why it was a total.... Over the next several years the owner carefully reassembled the vehicle to what you see today. Loaded with carbon fiber goodies, new Forgiato Estremos with new tires at a cost of over $8000.00, new clutch, fresh fluids, this vehcile is ready for a new owner....Ebay only allows either clear or salvage titles, that is why I selected salvage. In actuality this title is REBUILT. All rebuilt cars must pass inspection by the DOT. Once again, this is not a salvage title, this is a rebuilt title. Just like all Lamborghinis it has a check engine light. Other than that it rides and drives perfectly. Car is located at Autowerks of Northbrook.
