This car is not restored or a show car. It is an honest driver 1969 1800 coupe. This car has Stromberg carbs and is the first year with the good brake servo and the last with rear drums. The second owner was a meticulous engineer and thoroughly rebuilt the engine at 110K miles (documentation included). The car comes with lots or service records. Currently has 148,644 miles. Original BRG paint is fading in some areas would look great with a good buff and wax. It has good glass, all gages work except clock. It has some of the usual bottom fender and front rocker rust, but the originals floors in the car and trunk are rock solid. The seats are patched and dyed a bit darker than the original interior. Inspections before bidding are welcome Seller reserves the right to end the auction early the car is for sale locally. Winning bidder is responsible for pick up. This car is sold as is with no warrantees. On Jun-22-10 at 10:51:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note that I have listed this Item for my father. At the time of the listing he was still looking for the title. As of 6/22 he has been unable to find the title for this car. He will be providing a bill of sale, and he can give you the name and address of the previous owner. At this time the car will not be sold with a title unless he finds it in the coming days. He will continue his search and I will update the listing if it is found. If you have already bid and feel that that you were misled in the listing to believe you were bidding on a car with a title you can withdraw you bid and there will be no repercussions. If you are planning on bidding please know that we are looking for the title, but the car may only come with a bill of sale. Many states only require a bill of sale on a car this old however, it might not be the case in your state. This car has no issues with the title and the Vin # listed is what the car was previously registered under. Also, My father would like to add that the car also comes with a luggage rack which will be added to the pictures shortly. He had removed the rack so that now the trunk has 4, 1/4 bolt holes on the surface to attach the rack. The rack and hardware are included in the sale.
