A change in family transportation needs regrettably requires that this Baja be sold. Whoever buys this vehicle will own a car that has been well maintained by the seller and also regularly serviced, as required, by the local Subaru dealership. It has the 5 Year / 60,000 Mile Subaru Powertrain Warranty in effect until 5/15/2011. It also has a transferrable extended service warranty that includes comprehensive coverage and service by a company rated A++ Superior by A.M. Best Co., Inc. and expires in 5/15/2013 or 100,000 miles. The Subaru dealership recently performed the 49 month Routine Maintenance service, 23 Point Inspection, and Tire and Brake Inspection. You can readily find this vehicle’s Standard Features, which are extensive, at a number of on-line sources, rather than me list all of them here. This Baja was delivered to me, new, with the following Factory Optional Equipment: Baja Turbo Leather Package: (includes) Perforated leather-trimmed upholstery with Baja-embossed front seats, 6-way power adjustable driver’s seat with manually adjustable lumbar support, Dual-mode heated front seats, 4-speed electronic direct-control automatic transmission with SPORTSHIFT manual control, 16 x 6.5 6 spoke aluminum-alloy wheels and Bridgestone Portenza 225/60 tires, and lockable Hard Bed Cover. Also, a Bed Extender; Auto-Dimming Mirror/Compass; All Weather Floor Mats. I have also added the following: Stage Two/ 325 hp Power Kit packaged by Xcelleration, which consists of: Random Technologies’ 3 inch ID high flow stainless steel exhaust system, consisting of: downpipe/cat, mid pipe/cat, and catback exhaust ( ceramic coated except for cats and muffler assembly); GT Spec 4 into 1 stainless exhaust header with 3 inch internal diameter stainless uppipe ( ceramic coated and wrapped with high exhaust temp. insulation); Short Ram Air Intake/Filter Assembly; Unichip Plug and Play ECU System; and Perrin manual boost controller. Also added to the engine compartment: Perrin intercooler and turbo inlet silicone hose assemblies; Cobb Tuning Turbo Stainless Heat Sheild; Apexi Super Electrical Ground Stabilizer; Billet aluminum oil fill cap and battery hold down bracket, by SPT; Italian style air horn. Added accessories to the interior cabin include: Sirius Sportster 4 Plug and Play Satellite radio; Triple gauge pod with VDO brand turbo boost and exhaust gas temperature gauges, and AEM brand air/fuel ratio type UEGO guage. Exterior accessories I installed include: U-Haul brand Class 1 receiver hitch with Subaru wiring harness kit (harness not installed yet); Wheel locks; color matching splash guards; custom cut rubber protective mats for bed and rear seat fold-down surfaces. Additional accessories included with the vehicle are a genuine Subaru car cover and complete set of factory service manuals. The enhancements I have added have made this Baja unique and more enjoyable to drive. The added engine Power Package was installed professionally and has improved the sound, horsepower and torque capabilities of the Subaru boxer engine, without sacrificing reliability, fuel economy or comfort. This Baja has been used the majority of time for work related transportation needs and the remainder for family transport. Although fully capable, it has never been used off road. This Baja has excellent paintwork, having been washed and waxed on a regular basis. The interior has been regularly cleaned, vacuumed, and protected by using a windshield sun screen, and leather/vinyl conditioners. There are a few minor damage spots I have identified in the attached photos: One small 1/2 inch cut in the drivers seat leather surface; Parking lot related minor accident which dinged the right corner of the rear bumper: One 1/4 inch stone scratch on the hood surface. The bed surface has some miscellaneous work related minor scratches on the plastic bed liner. A very small dent on the tailgate. One alloy wheel has a surface stain from unknown source. The engine, transmission, and differential are currently using full synthetic lubricants. The tires are Nitrogen filled. I have complete records of all service performed, either by myself or the Subaru dealership. The vehicle is up to date on all service checks and maintenance. The lien on the vehicles’ title was recently paid in full and I expect to have the title in hand by the end of the auction date. The buyer will need to pay a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of end of sale and the remaining balance paid by seven days of end of sale.
