You are viewing a 2000 Suzuki TL1000S with only 2500 ORIGINAL miles that must be gone from my garage by Friday July 2nd. 2500 miles??? How did this happen?!?!? The original owner defaulted on the loan soon after purchase and the bank repossessed it. From that point the bank had it in storage for years. The TL1000 has become and is still becoming one of the most popular sport bikes of all time and for good reason. It is a powerful, reliable, and a unique v-twin motorcycle that has nimble handling to match the torquey engine. If you get online and search for TL1000 forums/websites you will see the comradery, excitement, and faithfulness from a vast number of members/owners. You just can’t find them in this low mileage condition so if you want one this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity. The title is free/clear, is NOT salvage or prior salvage, and is in my hand. The bike is 100% stock. Even the tires are the original Metzlers with over 50% remaining on them. The paint is perfect and after trying I cannot find a single blemish anywhere to note. When sitting the bike did get a little corrosion in a few places including spots on the wheels, bolt heads, etc… but that is pretty minimal and could be cleaned up. The bike was also dropped very lightly on the right at some point as I show in the youtube link below. The only evidence is a very light rub on the right case cover and a small rub on the right side exhaust pipe (not the muffler and no body or other damage). The bike comes with the original owners’ manual and one factory key. It runs and shifts through the gears like new. No knocks, ticks, vibrations, etc… It just had a fresh oil and filter change with AMSOIL fully synthetic 10W40. If I were going to keep the bike I would give it a full tune up since it is 10 years old and has done some sitting but that is up to the next owner. This bike is certainly better than average considering the paint and low mileage so bid accordingly. View my feedback and rest assured that you are getting what I describe. If something is not as described when you arrive for pickup you can walk with a full refund and positive feedback however this will not be the case because my description is accurate. Please read pickup/delivery/payment description below VERY carefully: Paypal deposit of $500.00 due within 24 hours. The remaining balance due by July 2 via paypal or CASH when you pickup. Do not show up with a check of any kind and expect to be able to leave with the bike, paypal in full before pickup or cash at pickup. The bike must be delivered or picked up by the end of the day Friday July 2nd because I am leaving town for weeks. If you are having a carrier pick it up for delivery that is all on you however I can transport the bike a short distance so the delivery driver can pick it up easily. I will deliver the bike or meet you within a 150 mile radius of Kansas City for a charge of $.75c a mile (one way calculation) but the bike must be paid in full before I leave home with it. Good Luck!
