Up for bid is a 1983 Porsche 944 NA. It has 88,500 miles on it. It is not running at this time. It has a clean and clear title. The car is straight, no rust or dents. To the best of my knowledge it has been in florida since 1984, it was purchased in Pennsylvania (I have the original window sticker). It will start with spray. After troubleshooting and replacing many parts I found the fuel tank is varnished and will need to be either replaced or cleaned. The fuel lines are clear, they were blown out with air and no varnish was in them. The car is red with black interior. The seats are out of the car right now, but only require putting the bolts back in to reattach them. It is wired for an amplifier, but does not have a stereo in it. The paint is oxidized as you can see in the pictures. The interior is in pretty good shape for a car this old. One of the seats is in very good condition and the other is torn on the seat. Threar seats are in very good condition. The carpet is in good condition. The dash is cracking, but I have a new dash cap that will go with the auction. I do not know if the a/c is working or not because I didn't get that far on it. I believe tha wipers have a short in them, they keep running, so I pulled the relay out. I have replace the following parts: starter, position sensors, plugs, wires and coil, fuel pump and filter, brake lines, shocks, rotors, (rebuilt) calipers, tires (new tires all the way around), hood pistons, hatch pistons and seal, hatch pins and locks. The winning bidder will also receive the following parts and items with the car; new dash cap, timing and balance shaft belt kit and rollers, door handle gaskets, halo headlights and manuals. Buyer is responsible for moving the vehicle from it's current location to their location. A $200 deposit is required with 48 hours of the end of the auction.
