Vehicle Detail
1966 Ford Mustang. This car started it’s life as a 6 cylinder, but now has a fire breathing V8. The engine has ZERO miles on it. It is brand spankin’ new. I took this car in trade a year ago, for my VW Notchback. I should have just sold my car, but the lure of a Mustang convinced me to take on another project. My wife has since convinced me I will never get around to this project until my kids graduate from high school. The good: The guy I got the car from really knew how to do it right. He rebuilt the suspension, converted it to 5 lug, rebuilt the brakes, and built a beautiful, powerful, amazing V8 (I apologize I don’t know the displacement). The bad: The car definitely needs body work. It is mostly straight, but has had some work done here and there to pull out a couple of dents. There is surface rust on different parts, but very little cancer. I have the trim pieces for around the windows. The seats are all there but need reupholstering. It needs a headliner, carpet, and door panels. This car is definitely a project car, but it is not nearly as bad as some of them I have seen. One of the pictures is of the suspension parts before they were installed. This was done correctly. Many 6 -8 cyl conversions are not done right, this one IS!!!Call me if you have questions. 480 235-5557 -RickOn Jun-11-10 at 22:37:50 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: I ACCIDENTALLY PUT MY ADDRESS FOR THE VEHICLE LOCATION.
