Up for 5 Day Auction or low Buy It Now 2004 NISSAN ALTIMA This Altima features a 2.5L 4 cylinder engine, automatic transmission, power windows, locks, AM/FM CD radio and 18" chrome wheels ($1,000 value.) The cloth, smoke free interior is in very good condition, no rips or tears and a light shampooing/detailing on the carpet and seats will make it like new. The exterior is straight and free of any major dents. There are some scrapes and dings on rear and front bumper as well as some scratches in the paint. They can probably be buffed out. This was my second car and the transmission was recently replaced but after coming out to start the car a few days ago after a long drive, it will no longer start. I was told by the AAA tow driver that the engine was gone and needs to be replaced. I am not a mechanic, and this is purely speculation, so I can't say for certain. Towed it to the dealership, however, I don't have the money to invest in a diagnosis and I certainly don't have the money to invest in an engine if that's what it is, so it's for sale. It may be something minor and an easy fix or it may indeed need an engine. Either way, with a low opening bid and a low Buy It Now, you can 't get this Altima for a steal. I hate to see her go but I just don't have the money to fix whatever the problem may be.
