Rare classic and beautiful 1965 Buick Riviera 401V8 Nailhead engine, AT, all matching numbers. 72300 original miles. I have known this car for 22 years. It is a real head-turner. Purchased by my father-in-law in 1988 from the original owner (who got it as a wedding present new from Spires Buick in San Antonio). I acquired it from him in 2008. Original paperwork with car and service records, which back up the mileage as original. As original as you will find with these exceptions: Eletronic ignition added in 2009 and car repainted in 1989. Meticulously cared for and garaged. Engine rebuilt in 1999 at 64000 miles. Carb rebuilt in 2008. Car has power windows, power drivers seat, power steering, A/C, tilt wheel, rear arm wrest, retractable front seat belts, AM radio, power antenna, and trumpet horns. Deluxe original interior with no rips or tears in the vinyl. The dash pad is in excellent condition with no cracks. The amazing retractable clamshell headlight covers work well. The interior trim wood is in good original condition.All the chrome in the interior is in very good to excellent condition. The exterior chrome on this car is in very good to excellent condition including the window and body moldings,fender moldings. The paint has a lacquer finish with some crazing and could stand to be buffed out. The body lines on this car are crisp. This car runs very well. The front end, rear end, drive shaft, brakes are all in excellent condition. This car has always been garaged. Many extra parts and many years of editions of the Riviera Owners Assoc. magazines.
