1978 OLdsmobile Cutlass Supreme Broughm, No reserve 42,000 original mile totally rust free Survivor Just out of 10 year storage,previous owner 92 years old,never seen snow always garaged and pampered,this how the car was when he purchased it in 1980,runs excellant and rides like on a cushion of air,when driving down the road you can't hear or feel the motor running,there is small flat spots on the tires from sitting,they go away somewhat when driving,but back again after its been parked,they are the Firestone 721's,the original type that came on the car,or these could be the original tires Still has the original firestone spare in the trunk,the jack,spare and cardboard are basically mint,never touched,the entire trunk is that way,there is a CB antenna and bracket in the trunk and quick cb change mounted in place of the ashtray,the ashtray is there,and a rare vinyl trunk mat with oldsmobile on it and very rare Fiberglass Trunklid,high quality,looks like olds made it but probably not,it has settling,that is typical of fiberglass,but still nice Interior is in fantastic condition with no tears,stains or cracks,except the headliner material is falling,beautiful garnet red color,that goes well with the burgandy and gold pinstripes,factory tinted glass with no blemishes or scratches,front and rear center armrest,AM 8 Track,power windows and locks that work like day one,vanity mirror,overhead map light,Full sport gauge package,rear defrogger,electric clock(not working),tilt wheel,dual mirrors with remote,air conditioning,cruise control with master on off switch,powerbrakes and steering,windshield washers,power trunk release,trunk and hood light,rally wheels,disc brakes,front and rear sway bars,GM mud flaps and a landau top The body and underbody,frame,is excellant,with zero rust,the top of the hood next to the latch in the front has a small indent from someones hand pushing down on the hood to latch it,then there is a couple of small shopping cart dings on the side of the passenger door,there is paint chips here and there,on the left top corner of the trunk lids spare tire hump,and a scratch on the top of the left front fender,theres pictures of those areas,paint isn't perfect,but considering it's 32 years old,looks good,a new owner can easily touch up these areas,chrome is in nice shape,small pitting on the inside of the mirrors,outside body mouldings are in excellant condition with no dents The engine is a 260 v8 auto transmission,new battery and alternator,will need a new set of belts for driving distance insurance,exhaust is nice and quiet With some new tires,a little bit of tlc, a person could have a real show stopper,future investment and a nice ride if reserve is met,a two hundred deposite is required with pay pal,the remainder can be a wire transfer,bank check,or cash, a check or wire transfer will need to clear before the car is released,its stored indoors Bid with confidence,I sell as if I were buying,the title is clear and in my name, sold as is,this auction can end without notice,email with any questions or comments
