Up for auction is a 1959 chevy shortbed stepside 4x4 truck..I bought this truck for my daughter but it ended up being a little too big and powerful for her so its going ...I have about $7700 worth of receipts that I will provide to the buyer..lets start with the engine...it is completely rebuilt with less than 100 miles on it....it has a healthy cam...brand new weiand intake manifold and demon carb..chrome shorty headers 2 1/2 inch stainless exhaust with flow master mufflers new nos gm hei distributor ,,rebuilt radiator all new hoses ,belts, starter, alternator, new wires, and plugs. The motor, exhaust and all parts and accessories are all new with less than 100 miles....tires and wheels are new....interior has been redone....seat door panels and headliner have been re-upholstered ..this truck has been converted to tilt wheel with power steering...new stereo and speakers ..new viper alarm system ...fuel system is all new or rebuilt... gas tank has been boiled and cleaned...the truck has been painted inside and out a few years ago..its not a show quality paint job but its pretty good for a driver...the body is straight and this truck has absolutely ZERO rust anywhere...it has always been an Arizona truck and it must have been kept inside because I couldn't find any evidence of rust the grill and steps were re-chromed a few years ago...the running gear was all taken from a 1979 blazer and professionally transplanted to the truck...all the glass is very nice including the windshield ..the door weatherstrip is new...I'am sure there are some things i havent thought of ..I could go on and on about the truck but I think I've said enough to make you realize this is a pretty good truck...if you have any questions please call Pat at 602-577-1483.
