Here is your chance to own a documented “One of One”, no damage, no stories, excellent condition 2006 Ford GT. I´m selling 2006 Ford GT #1232 as I simply do not use it as I thought I would, so I´m ready to sell/part trade with another classic car or more user friendly US sportscar. I want to take cars in on trade at a value not more than half of my Buy it now price. I have considerably more in my car than my asking price! You will not find a used car closer to "as new" condition as this Ford GT. I would be happy to I bought this beautiful no damage/no stories, one owner car from BJ Motors in 2008 (one of the trusted dealers in the GT community). Directly I sent the car to The GT Guys for a service check up as well as a few minor performance upgrades. They installed the Ford Racing Pulley & Tune “650 hp” upgrade + Transaxle cooler as I wanted the a bit more power as well as the recommended upgrade in cooling performance. I have been debating with myself now for more than a year whether to sell or to keep my FGT, and I have reached the decision that I simply do not enjoy the car as much as I thought I would. Not that the FGT isn´t the greatest car I have ever had but I live in Copenhagen, Denmark and several things keep me from enjoying the car enough. First of all, the registration tax is around $350000 so I´m only driving the car using my temp dealer plates which really limit what I can use the car for, secondly, I´m scared to have something happen to the car as I wouldn´t have access to FGT knowledgeable mechanics here as you guys have in the States. I know it will be a rather poor substitute, but in my situation, I would enjoy using a Corvette C6, a Shelby GT500 or similar as a "just for fun - nice weather driver" more that I enjoy my FGT on display in my garage! My Ford GT is in excellent condition, 5950 miles, rare stripe delete, standard wheels, Macintosh sound upgrade, black caliper color. Still on the factory original Goodyear tires. This is the only Ford GT built to these specs out of the total production run of 4038 cars, so if you want something very rare and ultra cool this is the ticket! Car has in the last 900 miles gotten full service, pulley & tune and Transaxle cooler by GT Guys, clear shield on front end, rocker panels and lower quarters. The car comes with the original US clear title and all the brochures, instruction manuals, GT car cover, tire inflator kit etc. in unused condition. Car is located in Copenhagen, Denmark, but in the "Buy it now" price I will deliver the car to a US international port of buyers choice, or I will have it delivered in enclosed trailer to buyers in Northern Europe. I can arrange for inspection of the car if you wish or you can come see the car in person. I´m located only minutes away from Copenhagen International Airport so it would be very easy. If you are a buyer located in the EU, the car has had import duty to the EU paid but is + your local VAT. You should be able to import this car to your EU country without any additional taxes (except if there is a specific registration tax). I can deliver in most of Europe with my own enclosed trailer. (2008 cars are also OK as long as they have title stating first registration in 2007) Preferably a non heavily modified, modern musclecar. This could be a pre 2008 Corvette C6, both regular as well as Z06, a pre 2008 Shelby GT500 coupe or convertible. It could also be a Mustang GT or Shelby GT coupe or convertible. I prefer colors blue, red, white over charcoal/black. In regard to vintage cars, I am open to most mid sixtries- early seventies cars. Only requirement is that they are rustfree and unmolested. As I don´t have a 67-69 Camaro or similar Firebird in my collection, that would be a nice car for me. Would also be interested in late fifties to early seventies convertible, mid og full size. Vintage Mustang pre 70 also on the positive list :) I want to free at least 80K cash in this deal.
