For sale is a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. 6 cylinder. 4 Door. Automatic. Fully Loaded, Power Everything (BUT READ THE BAD NEWS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE CALLING!!!) Good News: It will get you there and back. Tires and brakes good. Engine good. Body good (no dents, no cracked windows). Interior good (no tears, burns, stains). Transmission so-so (see below). Automatic lights all work. Would pass inspection if not for Check Engine light (have report). Bad News: 172,000 miles on it. Transmission may slip if gunned too hard (not a car for laying down rubber) but otherwise sound. Power windows only work on front driver's side and rear passenger side. Gas guage does not work (we use the trip odometer to know when to fill up). Slow oil drip (needs a quart every few weeks). Power Steering Fluid drip (needs a few drops every few weeks, makes noise when turning if its low). Air conditioning does not work. Sometimes when you turn the ignition key nothing happens so you need to turn steering wheel a bit while turning key to start it. Wierd clunking noise from front end during steering (may be shocks or struts or linkage, etc). Good News: Like I said, it's a good car to get you there and back, just not in luxury.
