Up for sale is my 1968 Mustang Coupe with the 200ci straight 6. Bought the car with around 80k miles in 2004 and daily drove it through high school to the 119k on there now. The engine will fire right up and run so long as you give it some gas, but I wouldn't recommend driving it more than down the road, so a trailer will be needed. New C-4 was put in at 50k miles, and still shifts perfectly in every gear. Having been built in Metuchen, NJ and spending its entire life on LI, rust has always been a problem and since sitting for the past few years it has started to take over; mostly surface but there is rot too. Worst in the quarters and trunk area, but found around the doors, fenders and a couple spots on the frame. Around 2006 it got whacked in the passenger side quarter, no frame damage, just panel. Also included are some bits and pieces, PS 1/4 skin, both inner wheel wells, both torque boxes, original owners manual and a bunch of repair manuals. Car is located out in East Hampton, NY.
