1969 MACH 1 CANDY APPLE RED 428 CJ 4 SPEED PROJECT!!! I have for sale a 1969 Mustang MACH 1, it is a R code, 4 speed car. This car will need total restoration , but it is the car to do!! The vehicle is missing the drive train,428CJ engine,tranny, Ram air shaker,interior glass,wiring,ect. This auction is for the rolling shell with tags, and bill of sale!!.This car has the vin. tag,door plate, buc tag,inner fender stampings,Marti Report,keys,Bill of sale and a Power of Attorney certification from texas. I live in Ct and our state does not issue titles after 20 years old so i can not get one!!, this vehicle was shipped to CT in 1989 and has been here ever since. I do not have the title but this certification from texas which is notarized should work as one, please check your state's statues on registering a older vehicle,there are also companies out there to obtain a title if needed,once again do not bid on this car if this going to be a problem. The Good: This car is a welders dream all panels and interior has been removed so they can have access to weld. This car will need floors, a repair to DS torque box, a repair to DS rear frame rail,one PS trunk drop off,rear trunk panel,the panel below the rear window. The front frame rails are nice and the PS rear frame rail,has solid rocker panels.The wrap around shock towers are present but someone really banged them up looks like to fit a 429 or 460 inthe car. The car will need a radiator support and inner fender walls as seen in pictures. I encourage any one interested to come see car if possible to see work needed. This is not a bad body to repair, will need rear quater patch panels.
