This is a VERY common problem with these cars.You can either fix it or put it up manually which many people prefer anyway. 2. The car takes 2-3 seconds to engage the reverse gear. Once it's in reverse, it acts normal.We are not sure why the car is doing this. We have been told it could be as easy as a transmission service but we think it's computer related. Other than that, the transmission acts normal and has NO other issues whatsoever.This car drives PERFECTLY and shifts SMOOTHLY & PERFECTLY.
