1985 Chevrolet Suburban K-20 This is a two owner suburban with low mileage suv. It has been in Arizona is whole life. It just turn 42,000 miles on it. This suv was only used to pull a boat to the lake for the weekends. It has a 454 cu. in. big block v-8, 7.4 lit. that was available for the first time, most commonly in the 2WD three-quarter ton models in 1985. The transmission is Turbo-Hydramatic 400. Gear ratio is 3.73. It has Z-82 towing package from the factory which can tow 9500lbs. gross trailer load, plus up to 1000 tongue weigh. Nice cold a/c in the front only, this suv did not come equiped with rear a/c. Cruise control, two bench seats, no third seat on this one. The suv has heavy duty everything. Oil cooler, tranny cooler, battery, radiator, springs. 40 gal. fuel tank. This suv is complete stock except for the radio. Tires are all matching w/80% tread life left. LT 235/85R 16 HD. The paint is all original (white) with a few areas that are peeling. NO RUST here in the southwest. Grey interior, dash has a crack but it is covered with a light grey dash pad. The windshield will need to be replace, it has a crack from a rock chip. The front seat has some wear on the drivers side. Back seat is perfect. Body on this suv is straight with only parking pings and bumps. I have removed the trim from the middle area of the suburban, it was just installed from the factory with two sided tape. It was fade from the hot AZ sun. All electrical equipment works, lights, turn signals, headlights. tail lights. I also have the original window sticker and the chevy advertisement to this true classic. Very easy restoration on this one. On May-16-10 at 18:15:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Attention; I have been receiving several emails about the mileage that do not match the Carfax info. I can supply supporting info that I have to document that mileage is actual. I have the hand written receipt of every time the vehicle has had fuel put in it from the original owner.I have all of the repair receipts, oil changes, brake job, tire replacements, battery replacement and etc...........I will include pictures of all this info to prove it to anyone. If you send me you email address I will send all of this info to you.I also have a title of the state of az proving the mileage is actual as well. Plus we have known the previous owner for a very long time. He is current 89 years of age and we can speak to him about this as well.
