This is a rare 1986 Mustang SVO. It's been gutted as preparation for a racecar project that never got finished. It's missing pretty much the entire interior,as well as the original intercooler, shifter, and some of the lights. It is able to start with a jump, and will run quite well under it's own power. The 7.5 rear has been replaced with a built 8.8" It features Moser 28 spline axles (5 lug), Detroit Tru Trac with Pro 5.0 4.30 gears, and a T/A rear cover. All were installed new, with less than 500 miles on it. The money invested in the rear is more than the opening bid for the car. There is a new fuel tank, 190lph fuel pump, and sending unit. New Koni shocks (red $$$$) in the rear. Powerslot rotors. Has the original 16 inch SVO wheels. The motor runs well. The T5 shifts perfect (if you put in another shifter). The valve seals were redone recently. There is minimal rust, and as far as I know, all of it has been treated with POR15. Solid car. It was lightly sideswiped on the driver's side as seen in the pics. Do not expect to drive this car home unless you come with your own seat and shifter! However, it will drive onto a trailer easily. This car could be restored for the SVO lover. It would be a treasure trove of parts for the Fox Body people (5 lug axles f/r). Or just pull out that 4 banger and bolt in a 351 or Mod Motor and go racing! I will not part anything else off of this car. If you want a part off of it just buy the whole thing and part it yourself. It's cheap! There is a ton of money left in this car.
