I hate to do it, but I have to sacrifice my beloved 1987 Jeep Wrangler YJ to buy a more economical family car to haul my kids around. It has the 4.2 litre(258) straight 6 and the 5 speed manual trannsmission. It currentlly has american racing rims on it, wrapped in 31 X 10.50 Mastercraft Courser tires. I will be including 3 different tops; the factory hard top, bestop bikini top, and a custom hard halftop with locking hard tonneau cover. I will also include full hard doors, custom rear CJ flod down tailgate along with the stock swing away gate, custom locking ammo box center console, two custom grenade shifter handles, Marine CD player, custom hood scoop, herculiner tub, rear cargo net, two sets of Hella offroad lights, NEW windshield fold down stops (the ones on it are still good), NEW roll bar grab handles, NEW side window seal kits, stock tire carrier, stock rear seat (good condition), stock tail lights (custom LED ones installed), stock mirrors, and set of good front seats that need to be fitted. In the last 3 years or less the following parts have been replaced: The engine was rebuild at about 170,000 miles, Windshield, fuel tank, oil pan, radiator, upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat, driver front leaf spring, fuel pump, egr, pcv, brake booster, drive belt, battery, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, rear brakes, various vacuum hoses, muffler, rear view mirror. A few things on my "To Do" list for the Jeep: Clutch is slipping a little, priced full clutch set at advance auto parts for $159.99. Clutch started slipping the day after it started typing this, so to keep from further damage I won't be driving it. Also leaks a bit of oil from somewhere, so I bought a NEW seal kit for the whole engine, but it needs to be installed. Flywheel missing a couple teeth, but I've never had a problem with it starting. Priced at advance auto parts for $83.99. Overall... the jeep starts up, runs great, and shifts fine. It can be driven and does shift good, but I would not recommend driving it far without replacing the clutch. You would need a trailer anyway for all the extra parts. This has Been a Great Vehicle for the last 5 years, and I hope someone continues to care for it as much as I did. It does great offroad with the right driver behind the wheel. I drove it 50 miles daily for work and it has never left me stranded on the side of the road. HAPPY BIDDING!!!
