For Sale 1989 Jeep Wrangler Islander edition. The _ _ _ _ _ is making me sell this as part of the divorce settlement. The jeep needs work. I bought this a few years ago hoping to rebuild it by the time my kids were able to drive. But I guess with all the money she's getting she can buy them a new one! The engine did run and probably still does, it is a rebuilt with approx 50000 miles on it. It does need carb work because it never idled correctly. The brake lines are rusted and need to be replaced. The soft top is in good condition as well as the windows. The shocks were replaced when I bought it . The floors are in good condition and there is normal wear for a Jeep. they are solid and not rusted through. Basically you are bidding on a project Jeep or a parts Jeep. You will need a rollback to pick it up as the brakes seem to be locked up. The Jeep is being sold as is where is, no warrantees or guarantees are offered expressed or implied.
