Up for auction is a 1946 Chevrolet half ton pickup truck. This truck has potential and is pretty much all there. The pickup is overall quite straight. Truck has some of the usual rust in the fenders, etc. Rockers and cab corners are solid. The header panel has a spot of rust through, but I have seen much worse. The hood in the pictures is better than represented in the photo. The center has seperated but is solid and straight. The hood hinges are froze up, the the hood sides are folded underneath and are in good condition. Hood has one small crack on drivers side. Winshield appears to be solid and usable. Truck has some usual dents that can be viewed in the photos. Box floor has been replaced with some type of sheetmetal many years ago. Nothing was damaged or destroyed when the sheetmetal was layed in the box floor. The box is very usable and salvageble. Door bottoms are solid and in good condition. I forgot to take photo of driver's door bottom, but it is like the passenger side that is listed. Running gear is all original and untouched. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Vehicle will need to be hauled on a trailer or transport vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs and arrangements.
