Good project or donor. All glass decent. Some rust but very buildable. Ask lots of questions. Good 283 was running when parked approximately a year ago. all rust can be fixed with patch panels. Sold as is with Bill of Sale only. Never had the title. Got it as a prooject but have to many and too little time. Will send more questions at your request.
