1969 Mercury Cougar with 351-2V, Automatic Transmission, power steering, power brakes (front discs, rear drums), overall great condition, odometer reads 17808, although most certainly rolled over 100k, although only sign of real wear is to the drivers seat, with a couple of seam rips. Purchased from an estate in 2007, original owner docs were included, although I had to surrender them to DMV in order to clear ownership issues for New York State registration. Motor: 351-2V with 2 bbl, and automatic transmission. Wheels/Tires: A.J. Foyt wheels with white letter tires with plenty of tread. Body: Paint is what looks to be an amateur over coat on the original which is noticeable up close. some small dents, under rear valence most likely from previous transport, under front right rocker, minor nicks and scrapes. Top: black vinyl top in excellent condition, no fading or tears. Glass: all glass in excellent condition, all windows roll up/down freely. Frame: no rust/rot to be detected, had new muffler/tailpipe installed. Interior: original seat upolsterey, small tears in drivers seat only. Aftermarket receiver in-dash, original radio included with car. Electrical/mechanical: all external lights work, sequential directionals functional, headlights vacuum functions properly. Interior dash panel lights has a short, fuse replacement blows upon turning them on. Heat/defrost functionality not correct, levers move ok, but dampers do not move from defrost to other modes. A/C installed, but not working, no work has been performed on it.
