You are looking at a Dark blue/Gray 1988 GMC R1500 Suburban. 4 years ago the following was done to it: 1. new motor from GM- 8 cylinder 5.7 liter V8 2. new springs in the back 3. new shocks all around 4. new exhaust 5. new brakes 6. rebuilt throttle body (caburetor) 7. new rims 8. new tires 9. new rear end differential gears This truck runs and drives great! It shows 143,396 original miles but a new motor was put in 4 years ago as earlier stated. As you can see there are Kumho tires as well as American Racing Rims! It also includes a trailer hitch receiver and a spare tire. There is also a tach on the steering column. It works it just isn't hooked up. Because of the age of the body there are a few issues. As you can see from the pictures the headliner has come unglued, as you can see we reattached it with some fancy thumb tacks. ha ha. There is some normal rust around the bottom of the doors. The speedometer does not work, it did so I looked underneath and it had come unplugged so I plugged it back in but it never came back on. I just left it and didn't mess with it. There is a crack in the dash, the drivers side window does not go down, one of the rear windows is spider webbed, there is a tear in the drivers side seat from getting in and out, as you can see from the picture. I'm just trying to list everything that I can see wrong with the truck. If you are looking for a truck that has most of the major stuff fixed or replaced and runs good and is solid, this truck is for you. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I want a 4 wheel drive and this is a 2 wheel drive. Please ask any questions you have before the auction ends. All sales are final, sold as is.
