1946 Studebaker Short Box Pickup Truck When is the last time you saw one of these??? Up for auction is a 46' Studebaker Short Box Pickup. I was going to turn in to a Hot / Rat Rod but life is dictating a change. We are needing to move and as much as I hate it, I need to get rid of a few projects. 1950 6 cylinder stude engine & trans (ran when parked - currently no battery - 6 volt system) - can still turn engine by hand. Dash and Headlights still worked when parked Extra engine and transmission (already loaded in back of truck) Lots of chrome included with truck - extra headlight rings, trim, etc ... Extra radiator Extra tune up parts (distributor, etc ...) 2 extra alternators Extra gas tank Other miscellaneous parts There is no passenger door glass, track is still there The only rust through is where the sides and bottom of the box come together - very minimal The truck does not have a title! This is a really cool old truck. It's got some chrome pieces on it that I haven't seen before on any other old Stude. I really wanted to turn it into a Rat Rod but it's going to be your project now. There aren't many of these left, bid early and bid often to make it yours! The vehicle is listed for sale locally ...
