1971 FORD F-25O SHORT BED CREW CAB Hello and welcome to my auction. Up for bid is this sweet ole 1971 Crew Cab that runs and drives really good. This truck starts at the touch of the key. It has a 390 motor that has about 20,000 miles on it. It has a 2 barrel carb and stock single exhaust. It does not smoke, rattle, knock and No major oil leaks. The transmission is an ole granny low 4 speed with reverse over and up. The clutch was replaced when the motor was done. It has a posi rearend. All of the drive train is in very good condition. This truck runs and drives great! It drives straight down the road. You can fly in and drive it home. As you can see by the pictures, she does have some rust (there are pictures of all of it.) The body is straight except for some dents in the roof, which can be popped out fairly easy. The tailgate is perfect and the bed is in excellent condition. The rear bumper is a factory slide out for when hauling an overhead camper. The doors open and close as good as they did when they were new. The windows roll up and down very easily. The windsheild has no cracks and has a rear window slider. As you can see by the pics, it has aluminum 16 inch wheels and the tires are 50% plus tread. The dash is not in real good condition in the center. The seats need re-upholstered. The floor pans seem to be fine. The headliner is gone. All of the gauges and lights work, blinkers, brake lights, headlights, etc..... The brakes work good. This truck would look beautiful if it had a paint job on it. A member brought to my attention that the motor is a 360, not a 390. VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT! I also wanted to let everyone know that i do have a set of 78 ford mirrors that go on the pickup. i also have a set of bucket seat and center console that are red cloth, also a matching red bench seat for the back. i also have a set of nice doors for the front and a nice set of fenders for the truck this stuff goes with the pickup.
