For sale is a 1983 Honda VT500C this motorcycle could use a little bit of TLC. This bike does not run but it is overall in fair shape. There is the normal wear and scratches. The tires are about 50%-75% When it was running it was a great bike. It needs a battery, the seat has a couple rips in it and the left rear turn signal is broken and needs to be replaced. The reason im selling is cause it needs a timing chain and adjusters and i dont have the time and money to fix it. Pick up only I will be willing to meet or deliver for a fee. $100 Is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction or this bike is going to be relisted again Selling AS IS On May-03-10 at 15:43:57 PDT, seller added the following information:Ok, I've been getting several questions about the engine so I hooked it up to a battery added some gas and and it did start and run the valves sound noisy but I was told by a Honda dealer thats because the timing chain adjusters are wore out. I did notice that the front forks maybe leaking some around the seals. I you have any more questions please feel to ask I'll try to answer as quick as possible
