OK here we go! Let me try to explain about this vehicle, I purchased it through an auction as was not able to hear it run because they will not start up the vehicles (yes this was my first mistake! stupid me). Well when we got the vehicle home I discovered it had a rod knock, so this left me with trying to locate another vehicle to get the drive train from. Well I found one and gave the damaged car to the person in exchange that he take the motor and trans out and put it in mine, in which he did. The motor and trans came from a 2000 crown vic that was wrecked but had a smooth sounding motor and smooth shifting transmission. Upon working on this car all I can do is to get it too crank only, I have tried to get it running but since i'm not a certified mechanic I cannot figure out why it won't run (only cranks). I have way to much money in this car to afford a shop to look at it and I am getting quite tired of messing with it as well. So my loss is going to be your gain, I know I could part it out and probably make half my money back but I don't have the time to do that and the wife is complaining about it as well, so it must go! Everything on the car is in decent shape, that includes body parts, tires, and yes the motor/trans, if you want come by and look at it and make an offer thats fine. I'm starting the auction at $500.00 bucks because like I said all the parts are at least worth that much if you wanted to strip the car down, and this auction will run without a reserve so high bidder will take it home.
