Never smoked in, No mechanical or Cosmetic issues what-so-ever and is sure to please! It has all of its original paint with no history of damage or issues-period! There are some stains on the rear carpet, but I have ordered Factory Carpeted Mats from Toyota which will go with the truck. The photos should tell the rest.
