This is a 2000 ford svt lightning. i have owned this truck since 70000 miles,mostly highway driving. It has a couple of bolt on's, its been lowered front and rear, high flow cats, borla cat back exhaust, intake filter and box, and a lfp stage 2 torque converter. the torque converter was replaced when the input shaft/torque converter went bad at 90k. the transmission in the truck has about 70k now. the original transmission will go with the truck,it shifted good condition The truck runs very good and strong, no leaks from the engine/transmission. The trans. shifts firm. The rear diff. has a leak from the housing cover, has a chatter at times,and has 355 gears. The front suspension needs some work, ball joints,control arm, bushings etc. It can use tires, It has snow tires on it now, there were 295/45/18 nitto tires on it and the truck handled like a lowered car. Its a fun truck to drive It has been in a light fender bender in the snow, the bumper and air bags have been replaced. The srs light is on,was told the clock spring needed to be replaced. It has small light nicks on the hood from highway driving, from a couple feet away you can not see most of the inperfections on the body. looks good for the mileage and a great stance The power door lock actuators are weak,the keyless entry works at times,the rear slide window felt gasket is starting to rip,leaks a little in heavy rain,cruise control switch has been removed. the truck can needs some tlc,would make a good project,fix as you drive. baby forces sale for a car/rear seat.my plans for it are gone.feel free to ask any questions.
