This is a disabled (seized motor) 1988 Montero 4x4, 4 cylinder, with a 5 speed manual transmission. 2 door. I brought this Montero out to the Black Hills in South Dakota a few years ago and really had fun, This little vehicle was perfect for cruising around on the forest service roads, that is until the motor seized. She was not abused something just let go. I think the mileage is around 150,000, but I havn't seen the vehicle since last November and the auction will be over before I get back out there. The body is really clean, I don't remember any major rust or dents on it, and besides the motor this vehicle was in pretty good condition. So, I've been holding on to it with the idea of replacing the motor someday, but that's not going to happen now, I'm selling my property out there and I don't want to haul it back to Minnesota, so I'm looking for a new home for it. If you are the winning bidder, I would like it picked up before April 28th 2010. Please!
