RESERVE LOWERED!!! Up for bid is a 1970 numbers matching 340 Plymouth Cuda. As it is, the car could be an everyday driver. The engine is strong and the transmission shifts very well. It will still pop the front wheels from pavement if you really want to. The car steers and stops straight. No smoke from the engine. The frame is very solid as are the floor pans and the trunk pan. The trunk pan has had some work done. The glass is in good shape except for a small scratch in the windshield. All of the electrical system works fine. The car is a perfect candidate for a restoration or an “upgrade” to a hemi clone. It needs the lower quarters and rear valence replaced and a new paint job. The interior is in good shape but the headliner needs to be replaced, the steering wheel is not original and the driver’s seat has some stitching problems. The road lamp brackets are there but the lights need to be replaced. Included in the auction are new chrome tips for the exhaust, a new rear valence and a date correct steering wheel.
