It has also won 4 “Best of Show” Awards! From major shows back then Hot Import Nights, SEMA IAS, Carlisle, Funk Flex etc... According to the N.C.C.A. (national custom car association www.4ncca.com ) This Acura finished 2nd in the US for the 2004 season. The Acura has been featured in such magazines as: Max Power UK, Bonzai, Lowrider Euro, Rix Entertainment mag (cover), and It was picked 1 of 12 out of 5600 cars submitted for the 2004 Dupont paint calendar. (May 2004) ****The best feature of the car (unlike other show vehicles) it is completely capable of driving everyday under any conditions.****** The ride is very stable, even at excessive speeds. I also upgraded all of the sway bars for added stability, it has minimal sway for a big body 4dr. sedan. This car really needs to be seen in real life to see the truly remarkable paint job that includes different colors of pearls, which may be seen in direct sunlight. The great thing about the paint is it graphics blend into the midnight blue base from a distance, but when you see the car up close, or even in the sun it is like a whole different paint scheme!!! I am a very picky person, and I can assure you that all of the work done to this vehicle was done quality and with some craftsmanship. No shortcuts taken, or expense has been spared. This car still runs good now as it did the day it was purchased! Even though this was a showcar, it still got it's scheduled maintenance and oil changes. BODY HAS A FEW IMPERFECTIONS NOWSTILL VERY NICE CAR, HOWEVER NOT WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER “SHOW” QUALITY ANYMORE.. ***FLAWS*** PASS FENDER HAS A BENT EDGE. SOME NICKS ON DRIVERS DOOR EDGE AND CHIP IN THE CLEAR COAT BELOW DOOR MOLDING SMALL DING IN PASS REAR QUARTER MY IDIOT FRIEND (not anymore) HAD CAR PARKED AT HIS HOUSE FOR A FEW DAYS I GO TO PICK IT UP, HE HAS SOME STORY ABOUT A KID ON A BIKE FELL OFF AND SCRATCHED HOOD WITH HIS HANDLEBAR.. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THE TRUTH, THIS IDIOT TRIES TO BUFF OUT THE SCRATCH HIMSELF. HE ENDED UP TAKING OFF THE CLEAR COAT SMALL AREA. NEEDS 2-3 NEW TIRES FROM WEAR PRIOR TO ALIGNMENT. **WILL INCLUDE EXTRA SET OF 19" GUNMETAL RIMS/TIRES 1 TIRE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED** MOST OF THESE ITEMS ARE NOT A BIG DEAL FOR A USED CAR HOWEVER I WANT TO BE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH ANY ISSUES. MECHANICALLY THE CAR IS IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION ***RECENTLY WAS FULLY SERVICED AT DEALER... REPLACED BATTERY, STARTER, COILPACKS, BALLJOINTS, TIMING BELT, CHANGE OIL, BRAKE AND POWER STEERING FLUID, AS WELL AS ALIGNMENT*** Less than normal wear and tear for a 2000. This car has less than 60k on it!!! *****if you feel uncomfortable with the lowered suspension, there was nothing cut or welded that can’t be removed and replaced with stock equipment: Factory shocks and springs, The current Comptech 1.3” suspension is endorsed by Honda/Acura***** No existing warranty beyond the Acura 100k powertrain This Acura 3.2 TL is also the best car I have ever owned. It rides smooth, quick, sporty, roomy for passengers, and it handles great. The gas mileage I can say is above average for this size sedan CAR STILL SMELLS NEW AND FRESH LEATHER SCENT. THIS IS NOT A RICED OUT CAR WITH LOUD RASPY EXHAUST, FLICKERING HIDS, AND 27 ITEMS BOLTED TO THE DASHBOARD!!! ALL OF THE MODS WERE DONE CAREFULLY WITH THE THOUGHT TO STAND OUT AND BE A UNIQUE, YET TASTEFUL SHOWCAR.. WILL ALSO INCLUDE ANY STOCK PARTS ALONG WITH OTHER AFTERMARKET PARTS NEVER INSTALLED CLEAN TITLE IN HAND READY TO MAKE A DEAL!!! It has come to my attention that It will need some new rotors, as well as some new shocks in the front.. These are not necessary immediately, however they will need to be replaced soon..
