THIS 2008 DODGE CHARGER HAS A FLORIDA CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION TITLE AND CANNOT BE REGISTERED OR DRIVEN IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THERE ARE SOME STATES THAT WILL ALLOW IT TO BE REGISTERED BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHICH ONES SO PLEASE, CHECK WITH YOUR STATE'S DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES BEFORE PLACING A BID. This 2008 Dodge Charger is Metallic black with Charcoal interior and runs and drives perfect. I was involved in a front end accident and the bumper cover, grill and radiator support (only because it had a minor crack) were replaced. That is all no other parts were damaged. The radiator and condenser are original. The hood is original with no damage. This was a minor hit that was squarely on the bumper and it deployed both airbags. I've never seen this minor of a hit set off both bags but it did. There is no frame damage. Only the upper radiator support needed replacing as the lower was untouched. The airbag is the only light on in the dash, there are no engine codes and everything works as it should in the car. The car was given a certificate of destruction title and (CANNOT BE REGISTERED IN FLORIDA) due to this classification. There are states that will let you register it after an inspection. This car is worth $12,000 without the title classification. This car can be driven cross country if necessary as it sits. Due to its title class it is a perfect car for export to another state or out of the country.
