1968 Convertible Firebird with a built early generation LS7 LS7 LS7 LS7 (LS7 in case you missed it) 454 that has less than 150 miles on a rebuild by a Master builder. YOU ARE BUYING THE MOTOR. The rest of the car around it is a bonus!!! FULL INSTRUMENTATION Reverse Valve Body Racing T400 Transmission,Stall converter w/ B&M Ratchet Shifter 4:55 Posi Rear End PS, PB, Has all the lines,cylinders,electrical and switch asembly installed for the power top. Including a rebuildable motor. Have all receipts. Could use a cut and buff on the paint or maybe another coat. Will include the paint code. Suspension, sway bars etc.. Lots of stuff done. Not for the faint of heart. One Wicked Beast. NOT built as a restoration auto.. Built as a Very Fast Rod!!! VERY cool to cruise!!! Expect everyone to Gawk!!! On Apr-17-10 at 09:21:30 PDT, seller added the following information: The Carburator has also had a Master rebuild (has less than 10 miles on it) The Builder took the LS7 to 468 cubic inches and a slightly more radical Cam than the already excellent Factory Cam . The previous owner had done all the sheet metal,Floors and trunk pan and has undercoated it with some waterproof gunk. The F body trunk pan didn't come with the rest of the items he ordered so he modified a Chevelle trunk pan and welded it in.The Body panels look great...The trunk pan could have been a cleaner job. :D .... But Again... The Sub frame and unibody look great as do the rocker panels.. This is a Great Car to have a blast with and once the motor is paid for(worth more than the buy it now) the rest of the car is free... Lol. One could switch to taller gears and put this 4:55 on the shelf and take it down for extreme professional performance.. BUT...Even with the taller gears for better fuel economy it will be faster than most anything else you pull up to on the street!!!!!
