We are selling this vehicle on behalf of a local college so we will give the certificate of title along with a bill of sale to the winning bidder and it will be your responsibility to transfer title at the DMV. Fees that you will have to pay at the DMV will include a transfer fee, sales tax on the purchase price and any other fees assessed by the DMV. Buyer will also be responsible for obtaining and paying for the smog check. The rear bumper has some black paint on it and there are a few small dings on the left front fender, hood and sliding door. There are no rear seats in this van only the driver and passenger seats. Runs and shifts but will possibly need a new battery. The carpet is dirty and will need to be cleaned but there is no holes or tears. The driver's seat has a small worn spot in the upholstery and the drivers arm rest has some cracking.
