1993 Ford F450 7.3 diesel dump truck 5 speed manual with 219k runs great I have used this truck for 5 years and it has been very dependable I used it mostly for hauling mulch for my landscape business but I have hauled gravel, sand and dirt with it also the GVW is 15000k but I usually haul around 5k lbs and have occasionally hauled up to 7k with it. It feels a lot more comfortable if you keep it around 5K. The dump is operated with a pto off of the transmission and works flawlessly the truck runs and drives great. The following are problems that I am aware of that should be corrected: The paint is faded and should be repainted. It has to be waxed about every 3 months to keep any kind of shine. It has dings and dents that show its age. The drivers side of the seat is torn, one of the front shocks is missing the grommet at the top and rattles when you hit a pot hole or a big bump. The truck has an inertia type flywheel that rattles when the truck idles it has done this since I purchased it wity 190k miles on it and does not effect its operation, the truck likes to have the heater plugged in when the temp gets below freezing. When I started it today it seemed like the glow cycle was not operating correctlly as it was a little hard to start and it was 55 degrees out. I will look into this before the end of the auction, I cleaned waxed and Armour alled the truck for the pics so this the best that it will look you will not be able to clean it any more or get any stains out that you see in the pics. The truck runs and drive great you can drive it across the country if you wish, the clutctch feels great, the trans shifts fine and the tires are good. It has 2 fuel tanks and a switch to select between them. No A/C and no turbo. radio works, all lights are fine. I replaced the batteries the radiator the glow relay and added a manual temp gauge about 2 1/2 years ago.
