You are looking at a 1996 dodge 2500 magnum v8,5.9 litre,4x4 it has 4:56 gears front and back,runs and drives good but needs a valve job,has a miss,does not smoke tick or knock.In the condition it is in it, will not pass a smog inspection,so if you are from california it will be sold as a parts truck only! This is a running driving,loaded big bad dodge! The paint is starting to peel a little on the top,but still look's pretty good!Please do not bid unless you have funds in hand! On Apr-19-10 at 20:37:49 PDT, seller added the following information: This dodge also has a rebuilt transmission with approximatley 30k miles on it and shift's great.I had my mechanic check it out and it has low compression on 1 cylinder due to a bad valve,but the cylinder has enough compression to still be firing so it is running on all 8 cylinder's.I'm going to be posting a you tube clip of it running and driving hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning.The reg expired 01/10 .This truck runs and drives reliabley as is ,the biggest problem it has is it wont pass smog in california the way it is.This truck fires right up everytime and has good power,no overheating or leaks!The 5.9, 360 is completely stock and unmolested.
