I purchased a new truck a couple month back and have decided to sell my old truck. I have hardly driven the old truck as of lately. As I describe the truck I will mention the bad stuff in bold.This is a great truck for a landscaper,scraper,home contractor, firewood dealer or someone who does property maintenance.It has a 8 foot by 12 foot wooden flat bed. It needs new wood. It is functional as it is. The bed dumps via a electric/ hydraulic cylinder. It has 2 way power power up and down. Truck has rust on cab and flat bed. The front fenders have been replaced in last few years. Truck will need rear brake work to pass safety inspection. About 1 year a go I had engine removed from truck , engine had a new oil pan installed new rear main seal, valve cover gaskets and misc other oil seals. The oil pan had a rust hole and this was the only way to properly repair it. While engine was on engine stand for pan replace mant it was just the right thing to do to replace the other seals and gaskets. Truck has a high quality 2 tank vegetable oil fuel system installed. If you do not want this I will remove. The fuel pump for this system was just replaced.The machine shop that did the work did a visual inspection of engine and stated all looked normal. No signs of trouble . No polymerized oil or anything else. Truck has is fully wired with a brake controller for trailer towing. Truck has a 8 foot 6 inch 4 way conventional western snowplow. It works very well. Truck is heavy and will push any amount of snow with ease.I am not sure if I will miss the practically free fuel or the snowplow more! On second thought probably the practically free fuel as this is a year round benefit! The air conditioning compressor seized and was replaced with just an idler pully. AC is not working. When something broke on the truck it was properly repaired with new parts. All you common items starter, alternator, water pump etc have been replaced in last few years. Transmission is a rebuilt Jasper with about 30k on it. There is a transmission cooler with a electric fan. Truck needs a muffler. The Y pipe and other pipes are still solid. The mileage may be a little higher as I may use the truck. The "crane" on flatbed is not part of the sale. I may be willing to deliver for a small fee, if the distance is reasonable.
