Up for bids is my 1997 Chevrolet Astro AWD (All Wheel Drive), 8 passenger van. This is about the cheapest all wheel drive van you are going to find!!! It has automatic transmission that shifts good, cruise control, ‘dual’ a/c (works better in the back than the front). power windows, power locks (drivers door wont lock with the key but the remote works well) and tons of space. It doesn't smoke or leak fluids. It has dutch doors on the rear. It does have several nicks and scratches as you would expect from an older vehicle and a small dent in the rear quarter. It certainly is not in showroom condition but I have been driving it on a daily basis and it’s great for hauling stuff around. I don’t believe you will find a cheaper one than this!!! Use as a second car or take the seats out and use it as a workvan. Mileage shows nearly 148000 and I believe this is true, though the title says exempt as it is over ten years old. I wouldn’t go driving across country in this van but Astro vans have been known to go for well over 200000 miles. It has recently had a new water pump, new climate control module, coolant flush, manifold resealed and new wipers and a service. I no longer have a need for this van and just need to make some space.
