The chassis was always eager to be leaned on, delivering its tenacious grip with steady balance and great stability and it retains BMW's typical nearly 50/50 front-to-rear weight distribution. She has the handling balance I have always admired in the 3-series and it remains one of its most enjoyable features as well as her smooth, quiet and solid-feeling ride. This car is highly civil.
