1979 PONTIAC TRANS AM You are bidding on my 1979 collectible TransAm which has original engine with matching VIN #'s. It runs & shifts smoothly. Engine- 403 Oldsmobile 6.6 liter,V8 Turbo 350 automatic transmission Factory dual exhaust Power steering Limited slip posi-traction rear end Power brakes Original am/fm cassette Manual windows Paint is a 7 out of 10 Many new parts: New tires, front & rear brakes, 21 gallon fuel tank, alternator & clutch fan, Edelbrock carborator, intake gaskets, plugs, wires, cap & rotor, front callipers, door handles, locks & keys, paint & decals. This car is a work in progress, but a good running vehicle which can be driven daily as you are restoring it. Some things it still needs are:Interior headliner (I have the holding brackets) A/C is there, but needs a compressor, gas gauge is not working just needs a sending unit, has a few dings on body (nothing major), radio works, but cassette player doesn't, there are a couple cracks on dashboard as you can see in photo, drivers seat needs reupholstered, but has seat covers on them, 2 front kick panels, 2 rear interior side panels & molding, emergency brake cable, 2 door arm rests, window trim, console lid, have glove box door just needs installed, also have misc parts. I have a clear Florida title in hand. Im selling my car in AS IS condition with no warranty as it is a project that needs finished. ONLY reason Im selling is to pay for my daughters wedding.
