2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended cab, 2WD, work truck, Am/FM, CD, manual windows and locks, heat and A/C, 5.3L V8, towing package, rubber floor, 216,967 miles, all options work as they should, the interior is in good condition with 2 exceptions, Torn drivers seat, stains on cloth seats (may come out), some damage on the drivers side from the rear tire to the rear door, usable as it is, there is a problem with the valve train in the engine and it will need addressed. The truck drives as is should but the engine runs rough. All final sale prices by Alliance Tractor LLC reflect cash price. All Items delivered to Illinois or Indiana addresses or picked up locally are subject to local and state sales tax. Items deemed tax exempt will need the tax exemption forms filled out and on file prior to pickup or delivery. In the event the paperwork is not filled out sales tax will be added to the purchase due upon pick up. All mowers will be charged sales tax no exceptions. All items are for local pick up and shipping or delivery is at the cost and direction of the purchaser. If packaging or prep work is needed prior to shipping it will be at the cost of the purchaser. Any loading requiring more than push on or drive on, loading will be at the purchaser’s cost based on current shop labor rates (includes disassembly). Assistance with arranging delivery is available upon request. All pickups must be announced at minimum 24 hours prior to the time of arrival. All haulers must bring detailed load information to verify the load being picked up or it will not be loaded. All descriptions are believed to be accurate at the time of the listing. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect, call or verify in writing, prior to bidding. All sales are final! Seller is not responsible for any damage to the sale items after the close of the auction and the item becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All items are sold “as is, where is” no warranties or guaranties are implied or specified. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact us within 24 hours of the close of the sale to arrange payment and pickup. All items need to be paid for within 3 days of the close of the sale and all items need picked up or delivered within 30 days of the sale closing. Any items not picked up with-in 30 days are subject to a storage fee. Storage fees will be a maximum of $10.00 per day. It is the right of the Seller to resell any item left after the 30 day pickup time. Any item not picked up and resold will be subject to a restocking and reselling fee. Seller is not responsible for any damage to the sale items after the close of the purchase and the item becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
