This 1953 Sunbeam is fresh out of over 40 years is storage. It is very complete and original with its original 2267cc motor that runs great. Original 4speed with shift on column, the clutch pedal feels like it is working but the clutch is not releasing, the brake drums and shoes look good but the brake pedal stays on the floor. All the original badges, interior trim, wheel covers, even the original tool kit built into the trunk lid is present. The floors are repairable. The frame, suspension, front end all seem fine. The windows all work no cracks. The car has only 73 K miles and it looks to be correct. On the bad side there are no keys for the doors and trunk, the two front seats are not original. The gas tank looks good but needs cleaning. I ran the motor off a remote gas can. The gauges seem to work fine. It had 40 lbs oil pressure. The temperature came up. Some of the lights lit, the horn peeps, wipers wiped,heater lights up,directional didn’t work but does have the flag that swings out left and right side. There are 5 wheels, 4 holed air. The muffler looks new but the exhaust is gone. The car will be sold with a notarized Billl Of Sale only..
