2002 ford mustang premium convertible. Runs. Engine making ticking noise. Currently drives. Convertible top not functioning and has tears, does leak. (Convertible motor works, hydraulic lines need filled and tightened.) Clear coat peeling off of (80%) of hood. Various small spots on body. Has scratches (see pics). Brake lights do not work. (Short needs to be diagnosed) Running lights/headlights fine. Tires in good condition. Power sear functions fine. Transmission shifts fine. Questions welcomed.
