This is a "no reserve" auction for this 1991 Cadillac that has been very well-taken care of. No matter the final bid, this car is going to sell. The winning bidder will pay the winning price and then write the bank check to The Tyler Project.I believe the winning bidder should be able to receive a tax deduction, but I am not 100% sure.The Tyler Project assists local kids with counseling for depression and other social issues.We believe the car does have about 56,000 miles and the odometer has not rolled over,but we cannot confirm this to be true. The local owner of this car kept it garaged, and it does not feel worn-out or abused.The car runs very well, but is sold with no warranty and is in "as-is" condition.Please feel free to inspect the car before you bid on it.I will help as much as I can with pick-up, but winning bidder is responsible to get the car transported.The car is located in Montauk, NY.I will cancel any bidders with very little history of bidding. The surface rust is very light, and what I see with cars only being a few years old. There is a trailer hitch underneath the rear bumper of the car that has rust on it, but it is not an integral part of the car.Many people are inquiring whether all the power options are working, and I will not be able to test them all until Friday when I get out to the car (it is stored in Montauk, 20 miles away from me), so please feel free to hold off on your bidding until Friday if that helps you. I am not ending the auction early. I do not remember any major electrical components not working properly when I was in the car last week, but I cannot confirm if everything is working perfectly.This car was donated to us last week by a wonderful family who took great care of this car. Unfortunately I have had too many auctions ruined by people not paying for items, and it seemsto always be by people "new" to eBay.Do not be surprised to see the bidding prices go DOWN on this car because I am removing these people who are bidding againstpeople with high numbers of transactions.Thanks.The only problem I have found with the car is a friend checked it out today, and he said the steering column is a little loose.The headliner and the window and door locks are presently working fine. It is a 27 year old car sold in "as-is" condition with NO title issues.
