I bought this clean, rust-free car out of southern California about a year ago and I wanted to do something a bit different so, following todays trends, I went with the 'blackout' or 'murdered out' (I've been watching too much 'Street Outlaws', I guess I wanted a 'Murder Malibu') look on this car and I went all the way with it, there is not one thing chrome or silver on the exterior of this car (aside from the mirrors). The car had some cosmetic issues so it was a good candidate for the project. This is a real 'SS' car, not a plain Malibu dressed up and it has 99,468 original miles. It has been refinished in Satin Black from front to back, wheels are the factory 'SS' alloys that have been professionally redone and reconditioned and coated gloss black along with the emblems to give the black colors a bit of contrast. Tires are brand new as well so basically, the car has brand new tires and wheels (at a cost of over $1000). The original headlights are coated in black lens tint and you could barely see any light through them so I bought all new lighting around the car, front and back and they have a black background under the clear lenses. Both sets of lights are included. Of course, a black on black car would not play the part without tint, it has been done limo black in the back and 20% in the front. This is darker than legal in most states so I will offer free removal of the front roll up window tint per your request. Please take the time to look at the 65 full sized photos below where you find many photos of the suspension and undercarriage proving the car has never been damaged and has no corrosion issues. The body of the car is straight and of course having just being painted there are no dents or scratches. That being said, the paint covers the car and looks cool, it is not a $5000 paint job but it is not a $1000 paint job either. I have around $2kin body and paint on it so that should give you an idea of the quality of it. Tires and wheels are brand new, glass is all intact, windshield shows some wear but no cracks or major chips, sides and rears are dark tinted. Headlights and tail-lights are brand new and all exterior lighting is in working order. The interior is very clean and shows some aging and a few blemishes. Leather is good with no rips or tears, door panels are all intact as is the dash, console, headliner, etc. There are no tobacco odors nor any pet or musty smells, it is fresh and clean. The car is loaded aside from a sunroof but has nice cold A/C, OnStar and GPS Navigation. The car comes complete with two keys, two remotes, owners books and a set of floor mats. The car runs and drives very well, if it was not in great shape mechanically I would not have spent the money doing this project. Aside from an ABS light that comes on, there is nothing wrong mechanically with the car. I have done a brand new steering rack, power steering pump, A/C service, battery and have thoroughly road tested the car, it needs nothing. Brakes feel good and it powers down the freeway really nicely, very fast and fun to drive. So, here you go. You can have a completed custom car that is really 'in' as far as style goes. I have never seen another one of these done up as there are not that many around to begin with. I have well over $8000 invested in this car and it should bring that or more all day long but I'm letting it go to the highest bidder with absolutely no reserve!
