Buyer will forfeit deposit if they fail to inspect the vehicle and make final payment within 7 days or within an agreed upon time frame (agreed upon by Seller) documented in writing, if buyer needs longer than 7 days). Buyer has 7 days from the date of purchase to inspect the vehicle, make full payment, and take delivery (pick up in Oakland MI).
