Vehicle Description Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honeslty to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auciton is a 2003 Lincoln Navigator. I would rate the exterior of this Navigator to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in Silver Birch over Parchment leather interior, which is a good color combination. The silver finish shines nicely for its age and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Navigator. The worst I can say is that there are visible rust bubbles under the paint on the tail gate, which is common as these trucks age. The body lines are all nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road at night. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age. The rear tires look good but the fronts are worn, specifically the front left. I'd want to get at least that one replaced before I went on any long trips. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Navigator to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The whole interior shows wear as you'd expect to find in an older vehilce with higher miles so don't expect the same thing as you would expect if you were buying a 2013. The door cards show wear and could use cleaned. The seats are worn, etc. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. The power windows work. The power locks do not. The power mirrors work. The driver's seat does not. This Navigator has optional rear captain's chairs, which is nice. Access to the 3rd row of seating is easy and accommodating. The audio system is the factory Premium Sound with touch screen display, which appears to be working properly and sounds good through the original speakers. You'll need the disc to use the factory navigation system. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well but the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it DOES NOT blow cold air. You can tell it's trying...but it doesn't get as cold as it should. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Navigator appears to be in good running and driving condition. The all aluminum 5.4L 32V DOHC V8 engines starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The "check suspension" warning message is on, but the suspension feels fine and never sags so I don't know what that's all about. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no compalints. The 4WD system does not lock in so you'll want to have that looked at before winter. In my experience with these trucks, it is normally a broken vacuum line or a faulty little solenoid. I've never, ever seen one have anything major wrong with it. If you're looking for a 3 row, full size SUV, a Lincoln Navigator is a good choice. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
