I have a running, driving 1973 Jeep CJ5 up for a no reserve auction. Clear Virginia title in hand in my name. I am selling some of my projects due to back injury and surgery that will prevent me from ever completing them. I'd rather someone else get some fun out of them than let them sit and go to waste. This Jeep has the patina, its loud, rugged and has an aggressive stance with 8" of lift and 35" tires mounted on 15x12 aluminum wheels. Temperature gauge and oil pressure work. Fuel gauge needs to be hooked up. It has a new sending unit in it. Power steering, leaks a little, power brakes work as they should. The Jeep has several new parts including the battery, solenoid switch, bikini top, fuel tank, fuel sending unit and fuel lines. It has a full roll cage in it with a set of racing seat belts for the driver and passenger. The Jeep is 45 years old and it has some rust issues. It has had some panels welded in and braces welded under the tub. It has a huge Warn winch mounted on a custom front bumper. The Jeep starts, runs, drives and stops, but I have only driven it on the farm and off road. I have not had it out on the main road at any rate of speed over 35 mph. The Jeep will need to be hauled. Some of the lights work, but they will need some work. I have another 1973 Jeep that will go with this Jeep for free if the winning bidder wants it. It has a 100% solid frame and also has the complete 304 V8 and 3-speed manual running gear still in it. The parts Jeep does not have a title. I can furnish a shipper if needed.
